To celebrate the re-release of the full Penguin English Library collection, Joji Koyama was commissioned to create an animation using the new cover art. It was with great pleasure that I animated the beautiful little penguin as it curiously traverses a surreal environment.

To extend the celebration of the launch Joji Koyama created an interpretation of the famous story, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde with the starring role played by the charismatic Penguin

. . . but he would like to make even more. Penguins are sociable animals. They like to surround themselves with large groups of book-lovers.

Penguin Books were enamoured with the animated Penguin from the English Library videos so they invited me to help with a special call for applications to work as a social media community manager. The campaign was created as a scrolling web story. See the original composition here.
